Return & Refund Policy

Return Window Consumers may apply for a return or refund within 15 days of receiving their order.

We accept the following return reasons:

1. Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us at support@acebott.com within 15 days of receipt.

  • Provide photos or a video clearly showing the issue.
  • We will respond within 48 hours.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund once the item is received, or arrange a replacement if stock is available.

2. Change of Mind (No Fault Returns) If you no longer want the item, you may still return it within 15 days, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and 100% complete.
  • The buyer is responsible for all international return shipping costs.
  • A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Situations We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • The device firmware has been modified or reflashed.
  • The product has been disassembled or physically altered.
  • Damage was caused by misuse or use inconsistent with the intended purpose.
  • The return request is made after 15 days of receipt.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

No Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
